Standups

This has probably been asked before but who are the top five stand-ups? Both british and american?

For me probably:

Billy Connolly, Steve Martin, Tommy Cooper, Lee Evans and my new favourite Tim Vine.

At the moment : Steve Martin, Simon Munnery, Stewart Lee, Eddie Izzard, Bill Hicks.

At the moment Im especially into Simon Munnery, having recently bought his 'HELLO' DVD, the mans a genius.

Mine are Stewart Lee, Rob Newman, Richard Herring, Dylan Moran and Geoff Tipps.

Andy Kaufman, Chris Rock, Emo Phillips, Sean Lock, Harry Hill

some classics there never heard of munnery or tips though, will have to check out.

cheers.

Zooo do you remember the moon on a stick? what was that off?

Yes. Moon on a stick was off Fist of Fun, I believe.

Ace.

(Simon Munnery is fab.)

Don't you think Stand-Up has become a bit lame?

not really. It's great when you come across a new name that makes you lol.

Just checked munnery, very good.

3. Eddie Murphy (80's)
4. Billy Connoly
5. Chris Rock.

Look only one British guy & he is Scottish!
