Quiz 278, a canine-themed quiz from Kate Emmett, and a respectable 7/10 for me (the same score I got for her cat-themed quiz, and funnily enough it was the first 6 questions I got right both times, too). All my correct answers were ones I knew for definite - from quality shows such as Peep Show, Ghosts and Blackadder. Good stuff.
Correct answers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9.
5/10 which I'm happy with. And a lucky guess on Q4. (pedantic point - surely it would be unusual for a dog NOT to see ghosts) ? Fun quiz.
4 and 2 but all guesses except Peep Show and Julian Fairy.
I like the idea of a quiz based on a theme that isn't comedy-related, as they're normally too specialist for my brain cell.
I knew numbers 2 & 5.
Good No.278 quiz - got 4/10 and 4/5, with the usual some I knew for def., some educated guesses and pure guesses.
Ironically, I didn't know any of the peeps in Question 12, but got it right with a guess!
What's next? One on farm animals? Or ones we see at the zoo? 😁

Quiz 279 from Hercules! Tricky one for me, 5/10. The only thing from there I'm particularly familiar with is Vic Reeves Big Night Out, and yet I only got 1 of the 2 questions about that right anyway! Remembered the name of Penelope Keith's character from ..Manor Born though. The rest were guesses...

Not bad. 😁 Presumably you never watched Miranda, as I thought that was an easy one, and fancy not remembering both of what Les didn't like and did like in Vic Reeves Big Night Out - would have thought one went with the other! 😊

Oh dear Billy - we're of an age, and I thought on the same wavelength 😁, but I've been there with some of the other quizzes which don't quite gel with our knowledge and "experience" 😎

Good one this week Herc, think you mostly got my demographic there My Dad might know #5, he used to tease us for never having heard of it but then we weren't born at the time and it's not exactly UK Gold rerun-famous.
