A Very Open Prison

Evening chaps, newbie here.

Does anyone else remember this one-off from a few years back? Starred Stephen Tomkinson amongst others and a small part by co-writer (I think) Andy Hamilton.

Satire on a Thatcherite privatisation of the prisons with hilarious consequences as ISIRTA might say. All the cons had surnames of prominent polititians of the day and the Gov't ministers were named after notorious murderers.

I've been trying to get hold of a copy for ages but it doesn't appear to be commercially available. Anyone got Andy Hamilton's e-mail address? ;)

I remember this well...some scenes were filmed at Granada Studios House Of Commons set in Manchester, which was also part of the now defunct Granada Studios Tour. I was an extra , sitting on the front of the Opposition benches, facing Tom Wilkinson who was the Home Secretary, but most of me was cut from the broadcast version !
