The Day Today - "Peter! You've lost the news!"

Used that quite a lot in the office when I was a reporter.

Newsround Press Packer? Pleased

'You Sir, are a giant crab!' (From one of Coogan's 'Dr Terrible's)

In an episode of Dad's Army, Pike is stuck in a warfield and Mrs Pike has a go at Captain Mainwaring for not taking enough care of Pike, Mainwaring replies 'I'm waging war Mrs Pike, not running a clinic'

In an episode of One Foot in the Grave, Mrs Warboys tries to give a courset to Victor (she is trying to dump her junk on him basically), so Victor picks up the cordless phone:

Victor: Hello Victor Meldrew's surgical support recycling centre here. Just to let you know we accept all sorts of unwanted medical appliance, cast off corsets, elasticated stockings, false arms. If there's no one in, just stick them through the letterbox, we can't get enough of them.

Little does Victor know, the editor of the local parish newsletter is on the other end of the phone, so corsets and false legs find there way through his letterbox.

Alan Partridge:

About chickens in big sheds "They're scared! They don't know why they're so big!"

IT Crowd
On smoking outside: "I don't like it out there it's so....Soviet"

EDIT: Oooo! And "These cows are small, the cows out there are far away" - Father Ted
