Puns aren't funny guys.

No, they're funny words.

Puns aren't funny guys.

I don't get that one.

Horne and Corden aren't funny guys.

What's a female friendly panel show anyways? Are current panel shows a hive of misogynistic rage? Or will it mean there aren't any wrong answers and it's the taking part that matters?

Besides, where are they going to find six funny women?

And do women understand comedy anyway?

It's probably the host who got them interested.

Obviously not sufficiently so for you...

It could be a Harry Enfield type wind-up. Before even my time I'm afraid.

I think that's third on the list after science and parallel parking. Of course, I kid, but the sheer notion that there has to be a female friendly panel show, separate and distinct from any other panel show, kind of makes a nonsense of equality.

Oh go on, let them have one, there's just not enough programming for women these days. Rolling eyes

Uh oh, he's back on his soap box again! :)

That's after she's finished doing the washing though.

Naturally.

Sorry, I'm stuck in tonight, so I'm bored. Don't worry, I'm back to the pub tomorrow night so you can all go back to talking about things like proper grown ups.

Eh, I like my comedy gender neutral. I don't find bog-standard dick and ball jokes any more amusing than any my man-friends find period jokes.

I don't like the notion of comedy being a man's world, or of women being un-funny... but changing those perceptions? It's no good trying to do that in the form of a panel-show now; it needs to be done in the home and at schools, while girl-children are young.
