There's a massive storm here in the US that is crippling the entire east coast. It completely missed us, which is sad, as my kids are suffering from a snow deficiency.
They can have my bloody lot with pleasure!

The town where my parents live received 12.9 inches of rain yesterday. I drove through most of it.

The three of us have.
six slices of bread. two eggs. half a jar of pasta sauce, no pasta. about 10 tuc biscuits, one slice of ham. one teabag (how could I let tea get so low), three mini milk lollies, some rice (which I can't eat), 2 leeks, and oh some peanut butter.

Two miles away from a main road. Tried to go out yesterday and almost put the car in a ditch.
I need rain to melt it all, but all I see is blue sky.
I went outside to see if I could drive, and I slipped with my first step, right outside the door. Not a promising start. Everything is melting and refreezing in a perplexing manner, and traffic reports are useless, because they don't bother telling us about the minor roads.
The weather this morning.
And just up the road at Holt station.
