Seems that the compnay is based in Belgium so maybe it might be a garlic roulade

I think this answers everyone's questions:

Just had a thought - going on that quote it might be Private Eye

I emailed Patrick. He seems to be looking for all sorts of stuff, sitcom or sketch. I know not what for, as they do look like the produce stuff for other people (ie management-y sorts of videos), but maybe they're trying to break into proper production or something. I also might be completely wrong.
