Yep, the dog (Mister Evans) is one of the Slaggs. He has a collapsed eye because a vet tried removing some teeth and put so much pressure on the head that the side of the skull caved in. He's happy enough though, despite having halitosis that could use to knock ICBMs out of the sky. They trimmed the opening to the clip that made 'sense' (now there's an inadequate word when applied to The Slagg Brothers) of Mister Evan's appearance, the dog was supposed to be a new replacement for SlagA.
