Lots.of.families do,.the tragic thing is the DSS mindless and beuracratic. But if you've got a confident loud friend or relative there's lots you can do to change decisions

I would guess some degree of mental Heath issues may have played a part too.

The pessimism of the anticuts groups to s counter productive. It scares people into not appealing or withdrawing from benfits when they don't need to. Its like sounding the retreat before the enemies on the battlefield
