Doctor Who... Page 908

I'd say the casual fans are the ones more likely to let it slide.

Is the jungle man gonna get another crack at it?

There's no way I'd have sent that back.

There is no way I wouldn't have had a sneaky peak

What I'd have done in that situation is to read the whole thing thoroughly, photo copy it, and then sent it back while claiming I resisted the temptation to take a peek.

Reminds me of the time I bought a leaked copy of an album by a small indie band about four months before its release. I didn't upload it to any P2P software etc as I was too happy being smug. I mentioned it on the bands website and their management contacted me wanting to know where I got it from, but I ignored them.

Maybe she didn't read it because she's not a Doctor Who fan. There's no mention that she follows or enjoys the show in any way. It does mention that she's doing an English Lit degree - so maybe she deliberately didn't read it so she could pass the course without fear of her brain becoming retarded. ;)

Personally, I'm glad there wasn't any name dropping, if it's one thing I can't stand is people throwing in the odd celebrity name to make their dull lives seem more exciting or to show off.

Tom Cruise feels exactly the same, he told me when we were on Bill Gates yacht celebrating Beyonce's birthday.

For the lovely Zooo

Name dropping would have led to confused looks and mutterings of "Who?".
