Has anyone mentioned Leonard Rossiter's last comedy Tripper's Day yet?

It wasn't exactly a "gem", so probably no one.

True it wasnt much of an epitaph. From what I've read Leonard was the only watchable element

It wasn't that bad, but not good enough to warrant much of a mention here.

Anyone remember May To December, starring Anton Rogers? Just remembered it after posting about something else on another thread.

I remember this making me laugh when I was young. Especially the thick secretary Hillary (played by Rebecca Lacey). Ah, halcyon days... :)

A pretty good programme indeed. Started re-watching it recently. Although the 'new' Zoe (after Series 2) never quite worked for me. Pity.

Ah Lesley Dunlop, Brenda, that it, forgot her Emmerdale name.Shame Anton Rodgers is no longer around. he was great in Fresh/French Fields as well

Yes, I did enjoy this at the time. Seem to recall the main character had a quirk of downing a pint in one.
