I would imagine the pub does food and if it's near Tottenham Court Road, there is a plethora of eating establishments within walking distance, from nice restaurants to Micky D's.

I can't eat "big" food.
That was the old me.
But do need to eat something regular. I might have to bring my own muller light like a sad man.

I usually carry food around with me partly because I have an allergy and also because I get light-headed if I haven't eaten for a bit.

Yeah, this op this is okay at home but if your going out it can be a bugger.
Same with the allergy thing I guess. Is it nuts? Or Dairy?

Nuts! I carry rice cakes around and stuff like that in my handbag. I don't know how people can not eat for hours on end.
