Looks like this stupid Hurricane Ike might ruin my weekend. I'm 100 miles inland, but the latest predictions show it right over the top of us Saturday with 105 MPH winds. I stopped by the store to pick up a few things this afternoon and the 30-foot-long bottled water shelf was empty. There wasn't a battery to be found, either.
I bought a case of Guinness and figured that should do me.
