Hermitage House, a good-sized historic property of significant local interest is under threat. Long abandoned, it has become the regular haunt of three children, who hope to see the property turned into a community centre; and the permanent haunt of two long-dead residents in their ghostly form!

However, with the Mayor away, a property developer and his team of builders hope to strip and demolish the property before it can be listed, in order to redevelop the site. Planning to start first thing in the morning before anything can be done, the children realise they have to move fast - and the paranormal pals are on hand to lend their support.

Scaring the builders away doesn't prove too difficult a task - and an extremely fun one, at that - but securing the property for the long-term requires a little more leg-work.
