Lamb shanks are of the awesome, but should they be cooked till they're disnintegrating or pulled back from that point?

This 'un was frozen and microwaved for 10 minutes! Pack of two for £4.89 from Aldi.

My local Columbian restaurant has renamed it's self a diner selling cheapo burgers to drunks.

But still do authentic stuff.

Had a square of white corn bread the other day, stiff as a priest's collar.

With pulled beef, shredded chicken, spicy sausage and deep fried belly pork heaped on it.

Must have been nigh on a pound of assorted meats with chilli sauce for about £6.

Very nice it was to.

I had meatloaf for dinner. Always love several slices of that.

Off for a curry banquet tomorrow, so look forward to being stuffed after that.

They brought them back. :O
I think they taste pretty much the same.

Just finished strawberries and cream.

I've got a real craving for houmous and toasted pitta bread today. Not going to satisfy it now though.

Cheese from supermarket deli. Came pre cut in a plastic container. It's labelled as cheddar but I don't think it is. Tastes more like Edam or Swiss. Whatever it is, it's very tasty.

About to have some prawn ramen noodles thing.

Later on I'll be snacking on beef jerky.

1st course: elderberry and blueberry bio yoghurt with chopped banana.

2nd course: an old polo mint I found in my old jacket pocket.

3rd course: salted peanuts.

Not recommended.
