There is palpable excitement in the studio today as The Pope has been booked as this week's special guest. Ash is confident that this star booking will be a hit with the youth audience, but things go awry when Lucy's general incompetence results in The Pope having to cancel, leaving the team desperate to find a guest for the evening. The only thing keeping the show together is the new work experience girl Gemma whose extreme organisation impresses everyone, particularly Nelly who has a noticeable spring in his step. Can true love thrive on set?
