Once he's there, he meets CEO and founder Tamara, and is treated to a fascinating insight into the new product: lab-grown human meat, cultivated from human donor cells.
As the company, only 8 months old, prepares to launch a new Premium range, Gregg visits Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr in his London kitchen to test a range of the products on offer.
