Mrs. Brown's Boys return date announced
The fourth series of Brendan O'Carroll's sitcom hit Mrs. Brown's Boys is just weeks away.
A decade since the last full series aired, four new episodes were filmed late this spring for a long-rumoured miniseries.
It has now been confirmed the series will air from Friday 8th September, on BBC One.
It is expected to air some time between 9 and 10:35pm.
Concluding on 29th September, a now-customary further two Christmas/New Year episodes are then likely to follow at the end of the year.
Mrs. Brown's Boys Big Box - Series 1, 2 & 3
The complete first three series, plus the three Christmas specials, of the Dublin-set sitcom depicting the life and times of Mrs Agnes Brown (played by writer Brendan O'Carroll), mother of a feckless bunch of grown-up children, who rules her tastefully-wallpapered realm with a rod of iron.
