Sophie enjoys life as one half of the nations' favourite couple and the sitcom ratings soar. That is - until she is suddenly confronted with Clive's infidelity. Shocked and devastated and refusing to go in front of a TV camera, Dennis tells Sophie to fight back - by being funny. She has her own voice; she should use it. Sophie gives a knockout performance in the show, leaving Clive in the shade. But 'using her voice' comes back to bite her when her vehement behind the scenes bollocking of Clive is overheard by the entire cast, crew, Aunt Marie, dad George and crucially - by boss Ted Sargent.
