Sarah employs the services of local builder Terry to begin transforming the basement into Clare's new flat. However, both she and Eleanor accuse her of being nasty and suspicious - something that only fires up her suspicions as to Terry's honesty! When little progress appears to be being made downstairs, Russell joins her for a stake-out.
