In this four-part series, breakthrough comedian and New Comedy Award finalist Sindhu Vee explores family through the unusually diverse worlds she inhabits.

Stan means world and Sindhu is her name - welcome to Sindhustan!

Born and brought up in India, with degrees from Delhi University, Oxford University, the University of Chicago, half a PhD, a successful career in investment banking, three kids and a bizarrely gigantic labrador, Sindhu Vee decided it was time to make her parents proud and start a career in comedy.

As an Indian woman who married a Danish man, whose three kids grew up in London and call her "mate" instead of "mum", and whose parents and in-laws both live with her, Sindhu certainly has lots to talk about.
