NoFap is a mockumentary which follows Richard Perera, a gullible 26-year-old, who stumbles across the (100% real) online community NoFap. The group has a huge following on Reddit and some members claim that abstaining from porn and masturbation has caused them to become physically stronger, mentally sharper and spiritually enlightened. A few even claim it causes mild telepathic powers.

Richard is determined to put these claims to the test by attempting the 90-day challenge - a popular (and again 100% real) trend of giving up porn and masturbation for three months. He intends for this documentary to show the world that not fapping will drastically improve your life but the challenges he faces lead to disaster.

The misguided advice of a veteran NoFapper, the pranks of his porn-obsessed younger brother, and the furious attempts of his mother to shut down this embarrassing project are some of the obstacles thrown in his way. The question is, will he have the strength to overcome them, create a world-changing documentary and most importantly, refrain from pulling his pecker?
