Al Murray, the pub landlord, has been signed up to front a series of Food Standards Agency adverts advising people how to cook their turkey. The first advertisement airs tonight (Watch here (Quicktime)).

Once he's done talking turkey, Murray will switch his attentions to his new primetime ITV1 Saturday night show, which debuts on 13th January.
