Comedy Poster Awards

The 2023 Comedy Poster Awards shortlist has been announced.

Recognising the most innovative, eye-catching and beautiful graphic design on show at the Edinburgh Fringe, 2023 is the awards' seventh year of operation, having initially run in 2014.

Public voting for The Audience Award closes at midnight tonight, with expert judges also paying tribute with The Panel Award.

The winner in each category will receive a package of free placements for their 2024 Fringe posters around Edinburgh, courtesy of the city council's advertising partner, Out of Hand.

They say: "Out of Hand are proud to support these awards. Having witnessed so many different posters across the city, this is a great opportunity to see which ones have really made an impact with the public and stand out with great creative design."

Results will be declared in a ceremony taking place in Edinburgh tomorrow evening, Tuesday 22nd August.
