Bette Davis Ain't for Sissies
'I have two Oscars, not one but two'. Bdafs is a powerful one-woman show which takes place on the eve of the 1939 Academy Awards. Davis, upon finding out she will lose the Oscar to Vivien Leigh, leaves the ceremony and begins a journey through her memories. A piercing insight into the struggle of an actress who wouldn't fit the stereotypical Hollywood mould. Bdafs is a spirited portrayal of a box office legend having no boundaries.
