Hi there, my name is rich and just wanted to say hi and what a fantastic forum this is, great to see so many fans of brilliant british sitcoms.
i have been watching sitcoms religiously for over 20 years now, my all time favourite being steptoe and son, which you may have guessed from my avatar!
My ritual now is when i come home from work each day i make a sandwich, then put on a classic comedy.
my other faves are

rising damp
on the buses

george and mildred

I was in Next the other day, and they had a massive pile of entangled sale sunglasses in the middle of the shop. It was just like Auschwitz, and a bit sinister.
