I kind of disagree with the whole idea of sending in episode 5 or whatever. The reader/judge might find a feature of the script doesn't make sense to them and mark you down, despite that feature being explained fully in the previous episodes. It needs to explain things as it goes along on a need to know basis which is the job of episode 1.
