I reckon we really need to do this on a weekend to get the best out of it. Weeknights, and people will have to take one or more days off work to attend. If we can get to a recording, then Mark's right, it would definitely be a good idea.
So, who is interested in attending?
The recording idea is very tempting. But it's very unlikely I can make it.

I'd like to be in as I do live in London anyway BUT the proviso has to be that if I have to work I have to work, so I may have to back out at the last minute, if I can be in on that basis.
Otherwise I have to say no, as it's needs must at the mo..
