Ah but have you got a 12" Packet of Three though?

Ah but have you got a 12" Packet of Three though?

Are we still talking about records here? ;)

In that case, definitely not. Don't remember that one from the track listing, though the title sounds familiar. Had to look it up.

Talking of Squeeze, sadly don't think much of the new single, "Cradle to the Grave".

If you have Sky Arts though, I recommend their performance in a New York park on "From The Basement".

The only 12" Squeeze related single I have is a rather forgettable Difford & Tilbrook release, "Love's Crashing Waves".

Funny how disappointing that album was too, compared to Squeeze.

It was on Deptford Fun City records before they got signed to A&M.

I also had a Boogie-woogie EP by Jools Holland.

Also Glen Tilbrook made a great song with Elvis Costello - From a Whisper to a Scream.

Yeah, that's nice. I need to pick up a copy of "Trust" some time. As you know, EC produced some of Squeeze's stuff, and you can hear his backing vocals on some of their tracks too, like at the end of the album version of "Black Coffee" where he sings the line "no milk and sugar".

Elvis did East Side Story which features Paul Carrack (Ace).

Trust and Imperial Bedroom are my favourite EC albums.

Yep, Imperial Bedroom is Numero Uno for me too.

I remember, it took a while for it to click, but when it did, I rated it as one of the best albums ever (by any artist).
