This was a great series. It was about a group of amateur footballers. The lead character was Jack Roan ( Gordon Kennedy ). I wish it was renewed for a 2nd run. It was written by Rab C. Nesbitt author Ian Pattison.

No I don't. I actually was reluctant to watch 'Atletico Partick' because it was about football and I thought that it would just go past my head but I surprisingly enjoyed it.

Did anyone ever listen to Alexei Sayle's football sitcom on the radio?I've forgotten what it was called.
Lenin of the Rovers. 'Twas good. Also, they kept some cast corpsing in the recording so that was very funny.
