SERVER: Would you like butter
MAN: No I'll have plain bread thanks
SERVER: Very well
THE SERVER GETS UP AND WALKS OUT THE SHOP AND INTO HUGE JUMBO JET WHICH IS PARKED OUTSIDE. HE EMERGES WITH SOME BREAD FROM THE PLANE AND STARTS MAKING THE SANDWICH
