Paul was a lovely person and great fun to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Paul on Hi de Hi and directing him in "You Rang, M'Lord?" and "Oh Doctor Beeching". Paul was, in fact, a very good actor and at times could be very touching. A warm, generous man. I shall miss him as, I'm sure will all the old gang. RIP Shaney.
