Writing for female characters Page 5

There are women who write female characters I hate, because there are lots of different types of women.

Off the top of my head - women are generally more communicative than men and less prone to rash decisions. Of course this is a generalisation.

Be inspired by real women you know.

Best bet is write your best effort and have a woman or two read it and check for any red flags/give you notes.

That is quite funny actually, as it suggests don't over think female characters and draw from the women around you, however if all those women are interested in are shoes, makeup and handbags, it probablly means you're friends are idiots.
