haha I liked it. Could kind of imagine this in "Jam" or "Big Train".

I'm no professional, but I do know what I do and don't find funny, and I could picture this, and it made me laugh. I think you could do something with music too - where the music is overdubbed, and the moment HE snaps out of the roleplay, is the moment he stops the music that might be on tape for example.

I liked it though personally.
