Dr Twist is the headmaster of a boy's school. When a governor inspects the school he is appalled and demands Dr Twist resigns. When the pupils pass the public exams they are rewarded with a trip to Paris. Stars Will Hay.

Dr Twist is the Headmaster of a boys' school. There the pupils spend most of their time gambling, betting and setting booby traps for their Principal. When a governor arrives to inspect the school he is appalled and demands that Dr Twist resigns. Defending his educational methods, Dr Twist is given a chance to prove himself. The pupils must take a public examination. After finding a French newspaper, Dr Twist shows it to his pupils with the result that they pass the test with honours. They are invited to Paris where they become entangled in even more riotously comic situations!
