Jack and Georgina investigate the murder of a student on a modern university campus, and find themselves drawn into the complicated and overly PC world of gender politics.

While the pair cross-examine university staff and students, they are also busy making their own observations on the differences between the sexes. Georgina has met her perfect man - or at least she thinks she has. While Jack obsesses over his new girlfriend Danielle, a girl who likes football, golf and drinking and who sounds increasingly masculine to Georgina.
