The Freddie Starr Show (Carltron; did you guess? I think you did) makes me cringe with embarrassment not only for Freddie, but at harsh words written about others. I want to go up to Russ Abbott, and to Punt and Dennis, and hug them tight, and say: "There, there, Russ; there, there, Punt and Dennis. You were bad - indeed you were very, very bad - but at your worst, you were nothing like this."
