Set in a hairdressing salon, Guy La Trousse is the manager of a "low brow" hair salon in Eccles. April is the salon owner's wife who uses the salon to meet her many lovers. Her outrageous clothes and sexual appetite cause many of Guy's snide remarks, and arguments abound.
