An anthology of six character-driven sitcom plays, Coogan's Run showcases the chameleon-like talents of writer and performer Steve Coogan in a variety of roles.

Set between the 1960s and the modern day in the fictional Northern town of Ottle, Coogan reprises his popular Paul Calf character (and other members of the Calf clan), whilst introducing viewers to the deranged Guy Crump, handyman Ernest Moss, vengeful museum boss Tim Fleck, and desperate salesman Gareth Cheeseman, amongst others.

With a talented supporting cast across the six programmes, Coogan invites you to the weird and wonderful world of Ottle, Greater Manchester, to experience the the lives of just a few of its oddball residents.
