Character guide

Lucy

Played by: Susie Donkin

Lucy has been happily married to Colin for several years, and they have had two children together. However, the kids have taken over their lives and so Lucy spends most of her time with her kids. Alex is constantly trying to get her to return to work.

Alex

Alex is the tyannical recruitment boss of Mel and Colin. Whenever someone does something wrong, she sends the offender to the office's naughty step. She is engaged to Dave - who she sends to a naughty bed (the sofa).

Mel

Played by: Oriane Messina

Mel is single and desperately does not want to be. She is therefore constantly on the lookout for a man to share her life with, but her personality always lets her down.

Jo

Played by: Fay Rusling

Jo is married Kevin, but has something lacking in her life: Children. She will try any method in order to get children. She often gets close with the others in work in the beauty parlor. Jo is very odd in her behaviour, as is demonstrated when she tries to drill for oil in her garden.

Kevin

Played by: Mark Addy

Kevin works for a building company. It is often his only form of escape away from Jo. However, he still gets calls from the other women who seem to ask him pointless questions and requests.

Colin

Played by: James Lance

Colin is Lucy's husband. He often ends up frustrated with his life at home, as well as his work life with Mel and Alex.

Dave

Played by: Cavan Clerkin

Dave works alongside Mel at the beauty parlour. He is engaged to Alex, which is something he is dreading, considering her behaviour.
