Sitcom starring comedian Priya Hall and Shobna Gulati. Beena and Amrit follows 20-something recently graduated Beena, who's moved back in with her eccentric, free-spirited mother, Amrit, in a small village in the Valleys.

Twenty-something Beena has absolutely no clue what she's going to do next. Against her better judgement she's moved back in with her mother, Amrit, in a two bedroom house in the valleys. Amrit calls herself a "free-spirit". The constabulary calls her "a total menace".

As she embarks on the next chapter of her life, Beena has to try and juggle her love life (with lovely but dim boyfriend Dewi), build a career for herself, keep her very traditional Grandparents on side, all while stopping Amrit from causing chaos at every available opportunity.
