Police Cops: Badass Be Thy Name review
The physical comedy and the easy rapport with the audience is what we're all there for.
Dominica Plummer, The Spy In The Stalls, 11th February 2023Police Cops: Badass Be Thy Name review
This is an absolute blast of a show.
Laura Kressly, The Play's The Thing UK, 11th February 2023Live review: Police Cops The Musical
As it is, Police Cops The Musical deserves to run and run in the West End, the old cliché is that you should beg, borrow or steal to get a ticket for a great show, but I'd add in committing grand larceny or even murder (if you know any evil drug lords at least) as this has easily leapt in to the top three comedy shows I've ever seen and is an absolute must see.
Alex Finch, Comedy To Watch, 6th December 2021Police Cops: The Musical review
In terms of production, music, lighting, everything has been pushed to eleven but, as always, it is the creativity and visible enjoyment from these clowns that continue to make their performances so successful.
Clownster, 6th December 2021Review - Police Cops: The Musical - New Diorama, London
The result is a well-rounded, hysterically funny show which rarely, if ever, lets up.
Scott Matthewman, The Reviews Hub, 2nd December 2021Live review: Police Cops - Badass Be Thy Name
Police Cops have been going for several years now and produced a few acclaimed shows, and yet until this weekend I'd never seen them, which is something I now regret a huge amount.
Alex Finch, Comedy To Watch, 3rd February 2020Police Cops: the comedy trio has a badass new show
The kings of high energy, lo-fi, genre-driven comedy are back for their third outing. And it's a grisly one.
Lydia Manch, Londonist, 28th January 2020Police Cops review
Could this be the most brilliantly stupid comedy show of 2020?
Bruce Dessau, Evening Standard, 28th January 2020Police Cops - Badass Be Thy Name review
It's not nuanced or clever - deliberately so - and not always as original as what the creators achieve in their best moments. Yet for all this, they make it a blast. Sound.
