Hundreds of fans decended upon on the island of Inis Mor at the weekend for Tedfest 07, the three-day festival organised by a group of fans from Galway to commemorate the ninth anniversary of the death of Dermot Morgan, who played the much-loved Father Ted.

The fun themed events included a Lovely Girls contest, Hide a Nun and Seek, the Toilet Duck Comedy Awards, Ludo championships and Buckeroo Speed Dating. The five-a-side football match which took place to settle the inter-island dispute over Craggy Island's true location (background) was won by the larger Inis Mor.
