Aisling Bea: Older Than Jesus

Aisling Bea
Stand-up
  • 27th Feb 2025 - 26th Apr 2025

The debut stand-up comedy tour from BAFTA and British Comedy Award winning Aisling Bea. Having been a much-loved, critically acclaimed talent across TV, major streamers, the silver screen and as a stand-up on stages around the world on other people's shows, Aisling is finally hitting the road with her own irresistible tour... de force.

Older Than Jesus will have tales of travel, home, immigration, history, sex, babies, music, lovers and enemies. She will even answer your big life questions. It's not about the destination babes, it's about the journey - but also the destinations are very important, so check out if she is coming to one near YOU.

Aisling is bringing whip smart observations of being younger and getting older. The joyful chaos that comes with all the stages and changes you can hit in just one decade. It's a story that's bursting to get onto stages around the UK and Ireland (with promises of further afield to be announced).

Professionally, Aisling has been hitting stratospheric heights, but it's the personal changes that she wants to tell you about this time. She's made the transition into motherhood, just as her own mam has sold the family home and moved to join Aisling in London. With the wisdom that can only come from out-aging the Good Shepherd himself, Aisling will regale with the story of generational worlds colliding, and the people and places she calls home. Expect a few gloriously unfiltered tangents along the way.
