No, I believe it is open to all however it is Scotland-based so, should you win, you'd probably have to travel up there quite often.

There seems to be very few details on their site. And they don't seem geared up for a lot of entries, emailing them to register seems a bit of a bad way to collect data unless I'm missing something?!

I missed the comp on the same site that closed on friday - darn. They were looking for sketch submissions in video / audio format. Oh well, at least I've invited them to the Slaggs' Glasgow debut. Let's hope we're not shite.
