The "adopted" line made me laugh. But, the "female" endline was not that funny. Seeing as the dialogue is quite short, I think you can get away with getting a couple more 'cruel/weird' ones in. Or even get Craig to the point where he starts saying certain words to find out about his parentage. I wish I'd thought of that now.

Good sketch. But you need to have Brian use Craig's name early on, i.e. "No Craig, I'm watching the darts." Otherwise we don't know who Craig is for the pay off.
Ive took your advice and cut the female line. Ive tried to make it a bit more cruel and hopefully its a bit better. Have a look and let me know. Thanks

That is a great sketch, even without the additions and perhaps cutting it at addopted. You could go on but the trick is to know when to stop.

Yes, this is good.
Loath to make any suggestions if it's undergone a dizzying number of revisions already, but whenever I've played that game it goes back and forth between the two people, rather than a Mallet's Mallet-style Q&A, e.g.:
NO. 1:
Cat.
NO. 2:
Dog.
NO. 1:
Bone.
NO. 2:
Penis.
&c.
It works your way, but I think it would build up a nice father/son rapport with the to-ing and fro-ing of playing the game in this manner (not using the word penis, obviously!) It almost seems like that is how you're doing it, actually, but how do we get from 'dog' to 'Craig'? I suppose they sound similar.
Anyway it is a great sketch.
