The Reluctant Bride (1955)

Alleged comedy, but the only bit of that was the husband of the nosey interfering neighbour being Arthur Lowe - has that man ever looked any different?

Anyway, parents of four children are lost in the jungle and an unmarried American brother of the wife and unmarried sister of the father, are thrown together looking after the 4 children, and if they don't get married, the guardian/solicitor (played by Alexander Gauge - Friar Tuck in the TV Robin Hood), the children will all be sent to boarding school. Yawn. Ho Hum.

Just about worth a watch, and was shortish anyway, with no one of note, apart from (English heavy) Michael Balfour playing a Yank for a few seconds and Michael Caridia who some remember was the obnoxious posh kid in Norman Wisdom's Up In The World and did little else after 1961.
