The one we want is a 5 minute walk from Greggs & 15 minutes from Bingo
So ALthough It's on the London tube line it still feels a bit northern

Hate house hunting.
Never looked to buy but a few years ago I had to move rentals twice in just over 6 months. Stressful enough but first time, someone where I was working at the time got ill and cover a lot of their shifts. The second time there was a natural disaster which meant that instead of hearing within 2 -3 days if my application was approved it took about a week. Which would have been fine expect that I had to be out of the place I was soon after and had no where else to go.

I just renewed my lease again even though I actually want a bigger place and maybe a bit closer to where I work. I'm still not over the experience of the last times even though it was five years ago.

We have a fish 'n' chip shop at the end of our road and we used to have a Thresher's, but it had to close because it kept getting robbed. It's now a coffee shop.

Had an offer accepted today
I was getting worried
It was getting tough lot's of people at every viewing

Looking forward to sitting in the new garden though

Are the mobility scooters in the deal Steve?

They'd better be otherwise I'm out!
Also I've no idea what that bit of concrete is or used to be
But I'm going to to turn it into a big pool table

It's a bit small for a swimming pool
