Hello, looking for a sitcom

I saw it a looong time ago ... it was something to do with some corn and other agricultural products that were moving around europe in order to receive some money, tax exemptions or something, from the european commission ... or something like that. I have a very vague idea that it was named "Eurocrats" but not at all sure. I am almost sure it was an UK production ... maybe BBC? Can someone help me? Thanks a lot
Paula

Do you know if it was a series or a one-off?

I'm sure I've got a one or two-part comedy drama that matches this description, but can't for the life of me recall the name.

Sounds a bit like The Gravy Train, a Channel 4 production from the early 1990's that had Alexei Sayle as an East European entrepreneur called Vlad something or other...

I think it also had a second series...

Aha! Yes, a four-part series in 1990. Was followed up by 1991's The Gravy Train Goes East, also in four episodes. Almost certainly that.

Well remembered, RedZed. :)
