50 Films To See Before You Die. Page 2

Where's my bloody medal? Come on, I was right!

Never seen it. Should I stay up and try to watch?

Erm...?? I'm not sure? Do you like war films? It's a bit slow, but there are some good moments.

I saw it ages ago, I can barely remember.

Well, it completely lost my attention. Maybe next time.

You have to watch redux drunk or high or concussed it'll blow your mind

Do you mean `Apocalypse Now` re-cut as `Redux`?

A Clockwork Orange (my personal fave)
Apolocaylpse Now (which topped the list)
Pulp Fiction
Donnie Darko
Raging Bull
Goodfellas
Godfather (1/2)
Scarface
Lost In Translation
Zooloo
S.N.A.T.C.H
Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrells
Fight Club
Memento
North By Northwest
Psycho
Taxi Driver
... theres probably more.

This list show was a repeat. They first showed it when Film4 went onto Freeview. It should have been called "50 films (that are mainly available on Film4) to see before you die". Some good flicks on the list though.

A new one, This is England, very very good film. Funny for the first half, pretty serious for the second half.

Yes

What's the difference?

I thought they re-cut the original film using other footage. I could be wrong though!

The Usual Suspects and American Beauty aint your average Mr Bean goes to France,
talk about class. I'd watch those two any day of the week, even over scraping candle wax off my best Lyle & Scott sweater on a sunday afternoon and that takes some beating.

"1970 Pontiac Firebird. The car I've always wanted and now I have it. I rule!"

Usual Suspects is great.
And Wonderboys.
